ummmm im not to sure but its either a black austrolorp or a jersey giant.As for the gender I think its a female.

It is a pullet. It has rose comb so it is not a pure Australorp or Giant as they have single combs. It could be a Wyandotte mix.

I thought it looked like a single that just hadn't developed yet. My australorps took a long time to have a recognizable single comb.

ok,I did some research on feathersite and it said that jersey giants have black legs with yellow under there feet and i can just barley see some yellow under there. so it looks like you got a jersey giant

also I think its a lil to early to tell if it has a rosecomb os a single.
