What Breed or Color is this?

no idea, is it full grown? there are several breed that come in BBS (blue/black/splash)
if its full grown, then its a bantam (small chicken), which narrows down the breed.

I'm almost 100% sure that it's not full grown. I think it's younger.

Splash Andalusian, possibly. Did she have whitish[or slighty blue] ear lobes?

That is a young bird, definitely not fully grown. Definitely looks like a pullet though.

Thank you! I got the color down, now all I need is the breed. She's a hen, if that helps.

Do you know if she allows her birds to hatch their own chicks (in which case some are mixed breeds) or are they all pure breeds?

I'm pretty sure the woman who owns her bought them as chicks. I know it's a splash but the breed is unknown. I might ask a professional. I looked at the andalusian and this chicken is smaller than an andalusian. Could it maybe be a leghorn hen?

very unlikely shes a leghorn, they most commonly come in white.
andalusions and leghorns are simialar in size/body, more likely shes a andaluasion, they come in blue/black/splash
