What are you doing with the chicks in the incubator - or is this a high school class - hatching chicks?

I’m keeping the chicks in the incubator the school gave him a $1300 GQF incubator that can hold 270 eggs for projects but when he’s not doing projects he hatches eggs for students and teachers. I asked him if I could give him the 5 eggs under the hen and im waiting for a response
