Great size coop and run! For 10 hens, you'd want a minimum of 3 nesting boxes. More doesn't hurt, but they won't use them all (they pick favorites and share), and you might find you can utilize the space better in other ways. I'd keep 4 or 5 nesting boxes, just in case, since you have the room.
And yes, you do need some sort of netting. If you're handy, you might also consider roofing a portion of the run with corrugated metal roofing...I used that for mine and it was the best decision. Keeps the run drier (once the chickens eat the grass, your run can turn into a mud puddle when it rains) and offers shade. But to keep out hawks, all you'd need is netting.
