What is this??!!

Please help, what is the fluid sack coming from my chicks back? Navel is clear as is bottom (see pics). It’s literally from her back behind her wing. She hatched this afternoon, on time and unassisted but with this sack. Any ideas? She’s otherwise lively but can’t walk properly with this (also seems to have a bent-in foot).

I'm not sure what I'm looking at in the last. Pic. If I had to guess some random deformity. You may never know why. If it happens in other chicks you need to switch out some of your breeders. I'm curious what others have to say

I've seen something similar, and honestly it looks just like what the inside of an egg membrane looks like. I think it just had a problem growing inside of the egg.
