Thats the trick, to have one house there in AZ for winter and one north for the summer!

Mind you - we have mosquito's bigger than birds here so I don't know if summer is that great!

Terrie - you must live in Northern Washington - I don't remember weather like that when I lived in Seattle. We are settling in for another potential blizzard over the next day. They are getting to be a habit. That and negative tempatures (not the wind chill)!
