What's your favorite NFL team???

Mary,

Not rubbing it in nor am I dissing the Saints. Its just hard cold facts:

"Common sence...it takes more than just 1 year of winning streaks to win the Super Bowl or to even be "Super Bowl" quality. Last 5 years, the Saints did so poorly that they weren't even heard of while the Chargers, Colts, Patriots, etc. are heard about every year for their wonderful accomplishments..."

Just because they made it this year close to the Superbowl doesn't make them the best team in the world. Just like the Giants, they won the Superbowl a couple years back and look at them now, horrible as ever. Same thing goes for the Steelers who won the Superbowl last year, this year they did horrible as ever.

LUCK will only go on for so long...just so you know.

The TRUE team that has it in them but just need a little more luck and push would be the Pats, Colts, Chargers, Vikings, Jets, etc...but the Saints...not just yet. Like I said, 1 year of "yet to be determined" victory doesn't mean they are the best...

And I guess that's why we have a Superbowl every year-because not every team is great EVERY year--except for your Chargers, that is. But wait, they're not in it this year, are they?? It's a game, dude. Just deal with it, and enjoy it for what it is.

Haha,

I see it in the better way. Keep living your dream and they will hurt you even more once the Colts take home the trophy or the Vikings defeat them next week. That is when I personally think we got it off easy

Have fun dreaming!

I really wouldn't mind losing to either the Colts or the Vikings. I love Manning, and his dad was a SAINT, by the way. And Vikings, what can I say--Favre-gotta love him.

Wow,

Dream is REALLY high for the NO this year huh? Even when they know they are about to face the two best teams coming up for a "chance" to win the Superbowl? WOW! Lol. Good luck with the Vikings and THEN BEST OF LUCK with the Colts later on I would say. I'll just meat you guys at the other end once the Saints are closer to it...right now, its still by a LONG shot. Believe me...

Tommy...go back...read...again....you whined (or shouted) for me not to rub it in....remember? I am excited that the Saints are doing well...just as you were excited that the chargers were doing well...well...until last nights game...it has nothing to do with luck either....plain and simple Saints are playing good and hard...they may not make it all the way...but they are getting farther than they have been...you can run all the stats you want...we know the past and we don't know the future...and for the past season...stats don't mean anything when it came to the Saints...they were breaking records all over the place...all the while everything was against them.....

Mary Mary...

Like I said, keep living your team's dream. Until it reaches reality...I'll meet you at the other end to say congrats! All I can say now is, they need one hell-of-luck to win the next two games. I don't HAVE to run stats, but the chances of them winning anything is all over the net, news, media. Common, give me a break. A good team will always be acknowleged even when they lost. People have to ANALYSE why because its confusing and hard to believe...ehEM! Like the Pats and the Chargers. If the Saints ever go down, all they will say is "oh well...next year". For the Chargers and Pats...the big question is "Why, How, etc".

I don't have to say it for myself, let the media show you who is da better one.

Your are not rubbing it in...you are not taking in your facts yet. That is all. I'll give you time

The way Chargers played last night, your are right, the so called "Who Dat" would have had a higher chance @ winning the Super Bowl but NOPE!!!...they gotta really bust out luck to first win the Vikings THEN give it ALL they've got to win the Colts. Common sence...it takes more than just 1 year of winning streaks to win the Super Bowl or to even be "Super Bowl" quality. Last 5 years, the Saints did so poorly that they weren't even heard of while the Chargers, Colts, Patriots, etc. are heard about every year for their wonderful accomplishments...

I am not hating...its just reality. They are living their dream now...but its just still...a "dream"

Nevertheless, wish them the best of luck! Haha

Tommy, your jibber jabber and backwards crawfish crawling brings to mind the profound statement "what have you done lately?"

Face it, the chargers lost to a medicore (at best) Jets team. I'm not hatin' just pointing out the facts.

At this stage in the game every team has to play their absolute best, luck is not involved when the stakes are this high.

Now Saints fans, we have to go and beat a red hot Vikings team, but guess who else is red hot baby? Who Dat!

Hey, bud, all kidding aside, its really tough when your team loses. Sorry y'all lost to the Jets.

I am not really a football fan. I am rooting for the Vikings because I am of Scandinavian background plus Minnesota is similar to Mich., Bret Farve is considered old for football and we need more old fogeys close to my age to do well in sports LOL! If they don't get in the superbowl I will root for the Colts cause Inidiana is our neighbor. I also like Peyton Manning also.
