When to Separate Jakes?

I'm a first time turkey owner and I have eight 7 week old poults. Four jakes and four hens. At what age will I need to most likely separate my four jakes from each other so they don't fight? Thanks!

You can leave them together forever if you can stand the establishment of the pecking order. They will fight a little to decide whose boss, but they won't usually hurt each other. The serious fighting happens when you take two toms that were apart and then put them together...very bloody then.
