Brahmas! But Cochins and Orpingtons are good ones to.

Orpingtons!! My Buff Orpington is a total lap chicken and is very friendly with everyone.

My bantam D'uccles have been very very sweet and I have had three now. They got along with my other hens well too. I had two Appenzellerspitzhaben's and they are really loud but very very sweet too.

Oh and my Speckled Sussex have been very well natured.

Standard Cochins are very chill chooks that love attention but they are not super star layers, I however love their colors and fluff. Buff Orpingtons produce more eggs and are very sweet if you can live without the fancy feathers. My experience with Brahmas has been positive too. With any breed lots of love and positive reinforcement will shape their personalities.
