"Blue" I'm pretty sure is a female. I was told today that my White rooster over Blue should give 100% blue chicks. Gonna invest in some blacks to cover all colors.

Never heard that before, I would think dominate white, but I know nothing of color genetics, all 'greek' to me..Lol!

Couple comparison pics of my giants next to red sussex, roosters then pullets, dang they're huge! Same age, and young, got them July 2.

My two roosters, cockerels actually, they are still young, have the oddest crow, almost scary when you walk outside in the morning dark thirty and hear it, sounds like a sasquatch! Other than that, not really talkative..

My Jersey boy took a very long time to develop his crow. It was quite embarrassing for a while! Now it's a normal three tone, deep crow, but every once in a while he adds a pathetic sounding wheeze at the end...
