White leghorn & chick breed help

Hi! I was told my tractor supply chick was a white leghorn but she is getting HUGE and hasn’t started laying yet (4 months old). Could she be a different breed?

Also- I know my darker 2 chicks are Rhode Island reds, but any clue what the lighter 2 are and black one?

Yes, it sort of does! OP, i don’t know how long you’ve had that but if you had the white one as a chick, did it look significantly fatter and wider, possibly quite naked?
Yes. Here she is a chick (we lost the others due to raccoon while free ranging). They grew super fast and do not go up on a perch, but like to lay in the ground.
