will a chipped beak grow out?

Hi,
One of my 14-week-old BO's has a tiny chip in the tip of her top beak- its only the surface layer, has no effect on her eating abilities, and i don't plan to show them, so really it isn't a big deal. I'm just curious if with time, will it grow out? Do chicken beaks constantly grow?

As long as it hasn't gone back into the quick it will be just fine.

Chickens beaks do continually grow and a chip will repair itself in time.

Cool. I dunno what rooster did, but I noticed the other day that his beak was chipped. Maybe he was pecking at the fence? But it's not deep so I guess it will grow out, so that's nice.
