Will a pheasant stay with the chicken flock or fly away ??

If I get a pheasant and integrate it into my chicken flock (4 chickens) will it stay with them and just roam around with them or will it fly away ?? what if I cut its wings ?? I was thinking a golden pheasant or ringneck

In almost every case, they will run away. The reason why is cause they are still wild.chickens could also give them diseases. I wouldn't do it.
