Will her second clutch be better?

My farmyard toulous goose and gander are both just about a year old and have decided to try another round of eggs.
Her first batch was a failure in march '12 - she laid over 10 eggs but had no clue what to do with them: one & off her nest, cold eggs and not one hatched out.
this time around, should i do anything differant to encourage a successful hatch? her nest is tucked in the corner of the hen house.

First hatches are often a failure. As she matures she will get better at it.
