Windows on coop

One thing I have thought about with shutter is they will be bigger than my framed hole in the wall by a 1" or so. That way when weathers bad and there shut there will be no direct air flow in the coop because the 1" overlap on the siding. One shutter will have a piece of board attached so this blocks the gap between the 2 as there closed . This I think will also stop direct air flow on big gust. These are ideas floating around in the space between my ears. If I had built it I'd show you. But If that makes sense That what I plan on doing.

Air movement that does not result in a draft that would cause the chickens feathers to ruffle is good. In simpler terms, A GENTLE AIR MOVEMENT IS WHAT WE WANT.
