Winter Egg Production?

The red light is obviously not working. Only one or two eggs a day from 6 eighteen month old Austrolorps and 5 Easter Egger pullets. And they are pullet eggs. Switched back to a 40 watt florescent light, which is what I used last year. Of course, now I have to slowly increase the time the light is on again. Oh well, live and learn.
