Wondering if there's a market.... Upstate, NY

I was wandering around the local feed store the other day and was amazed to see a little chicken tractor that might have been big enough for one or two birds selling for over a hundred and twenty dollars... It was cheaply made and poorly designed. Think there would be a market for better versions of these? I've got all the tools, knowledge, and have friends that own a sawmill... Just wonder if people really buy them?

Evidently, they do! If you can make a better quality but sell for less, go for it! Make one, take pictures, set out the model, and try to work by taking orders...that way you are putting out a big outlay from your pocket...

And if you can insulate and do adequate shade, you will have a leg up. My sis had one that another farmer bought in the Syracuse area...
