I'm only keeping one, and since I haven't noticed any distinctive behavior to help make the choice, I figured I'd go by looks instead. But I have no idea what to look for.

Anyone want to offer their opinion on who's the most handsome of the bunch? :)
They're 22 weeks old

Thanks in advance!

# 1 by far
I think that was my gut feeling too, I had actually separated him because I caught him sneezing and breathing and thought he was sick. But it must have been something caught in his throat because next day he was fine and no sign of anything in anyone. So...maybe he gets saved after all

They are all really handsome roosters! For the age, I understand you can't decide by personality... (Which I normally do). But by the looks of it- the first one looks handsomest and even has a friendly face! Good luck. :)

One is good , you really should go to an APA certfied show, and see the breeds , if you have questions , the judges (when they are not busy) are usually very helpful

Ah I'm so glad there was consensus :) #1 is part of the flock!

Thanks for the suggestion! I don't think I'll be getting into showing anytime soon, but I did decide to look up the APA out of interest (even found a show from last spring that was very close to me!). I noticed that Barnevelders were added this year; I think I have a really gorgeous roo :D
