Savannah Chatham County Georgia Chicken Ordinance

Hi friends! I'm moving to Savannah next year, and had to check the local chicken ordinance.
Has anyone updated this info on a different post? I just searched the Animal Control Ordinance today, and it looks like they made some recent changes (yay!) -

§22-507 Chickens. Chickens kept for personal, non-commercial, purposes may be permitted provided the following requirements are met:
1. Number of chickens. One chicken per 1000 square feet of high ground shall be permitted, provided, however, the maximum number of chickens permitted is 30. More than 30 chickens shall constitute a poultry farm and must meet all zoning and other regulations.
2. Tethering. It shall be prohibited to retain or confine chickens or other fowl in a manner achieved by tethering to stationary or non-stationary objects including but not limited to, chicken coops or barrels.
Building Permit. A building permit is required for chicken coops or shelters with the following exceptions:
Chicken coops or shelters not over four feet high; or
Chicken coops or shelters that have at least three sides that are non-solid, open wire construction; or
Chicken tractors.
Minimum setback requirements. The minimum setback of chicken habitat from neighboring living quarters is determined by the number of birds and shall be:
Up to 10 birds: 25 feet,
More than 10 birds: 50 feet.
This setback requirement may be waived if the adjoining neighbor(s) provides written permission. If a neighbor changes, written permission from the new neighbor is required.
I believe this includes residential zones, as well....
