Almost perfect! But I saw a little opening where a mink or weasel could get in.
A friend of mine lost 30 hens in one night way out in Fort Morgan where there are supposedly no mink. Her husband trapped it the next night.

Extremely well documented! You did a fantastic job in the design, the documentation, and the build.
The only things I would change would be to have shutters or rain guards on the vents and more roof overhang.
