Changes made since pictures taken:
1. fenced off 3 of the nest boxes and added an outside fan to keep the coop cooler in the extreme heat.
2. Moved the location of and improved ramp for access to coop and to accommodate future fully enclosed run.
3. Removed feeder and waterer to outside of coop
Future changes:
1. Removing 2 step roost bars
2. Adding a single lower roost bar and adding a poop board underneath it.
3. Making a more secure mounting area for fan.
