Additional Information | Sec. 22-121. - Unlawful acts enumerated. The following acts, among others, are declared to be loud, disturbing and unnecessary noises, and noises in violation of this article, but this enumeration shall not be deemed to be exclusive, namely: (4) The keeping of any animal, bird or fowl which by causing frequent or long-continued noise shall disturb the comfort or repose of any person in the vicinity. Agricultural land means the use of the land for agricultural purposes, including farming, dairying and pasturage, apiculture, horticulture, floriculture, viticulture, forestry, animal and poultry husbandry. |
