There is a review section on articles like prefab coops somewhere on BYC . Maybe you can post you’re comment there too after using it for some time? It would be great if there are good affordable prefabs for everyone that isn’t very handy with tools.

But are you sure this a good coop? What are the sizes?
I wonder how much ventilation you have in this coop. One of the problems with many prefabs. And I do hope the chickens have acces to the run at all times (it looks closed) . Is this run meant for just for a few hours a day and can the chickens free range too? Otherwise the run is way too small for 8 chickens imo.
The run doesn't look safe for digging predators without slabs or tiles around it.
