What an intriguing idea. I would love to see how exactly the camper was divided, and what parts were used.

I love the idea of making a coop out of a RV! It would be great to know more about how this was done!

That's a great idea! I love repurposed things. We don't have much money, so my chicken coop was bought used (was built from a kit), sits inside a chain link kennel we already had, reinforced with hardware cloth. My hubby used some aluminum poles and hardware we already had to make a peaked roof for the kennel. It is hinged so I can raise for cleaning and egg retrieval. I use some old chain link panels for an outer play yard to give them a break from the run and coop while I clean, but 2-3 chickens stay fine within the kennel when we're not home or the weather is bad. We cover the roof with a tarp and use a couple of side panels when it rains hard and during the winter to retain a little warmth (Texas not too cold in winter). Have never used any heaters, fans, misters, etc. They get ice in their water in the summer and warm mash for breakfast in the winter, and they're kept dry.
