My Cattle Panel Hoop Coop

Need some details/explanation here.
Is there smaller mesh wire over the panels?

1/2" hardware cloth (welded wire) is over the cattle panels the entire length of the coop and on the front door. This covers any openings that could be potential entry points for predators (raccoon, possum, skunk, etc). I use wood chip DLM in the entire run (8.8' x 16') as well as the interior huddle box (8.8' x 8'). 'Huddle box' is essentially an interior coop that will allow them to group up in the winter time. It only has a floor and 4 walls - no roof, and no door - so the chickens have full access to the entire 211 sqft (run + elevated interior coop).

The tarp is the only 'roof' and it rests on the hardware cloth (foam covers any seams that could tear the tarp). We reach 0 degrees here but rarely, if ever, below that mark. Plywood front and back walls + the wooden interior + tarp should provide as close to a complete windbreak as possible, so not overly concerned with cold. In event that insane weather were to occur, it's close enough to my house that I could run an extension cord for heat but I can't imagine ever doing so for adult birds. I do/did brood my most recent chicks in the coop with heat this spring however.
