We have made a lot of progress on our coop and run. The girls have been in the coop and small run for 2 weeks and the big run is now ready for them. I just need to install more hardware cloth for security.

This article is short but the conversion of a purchased plastic tool shed to chicken coop is valuable because this is a way for people unable to build from scratch to put together a nice setup. Includes purchased nest boxes, auto door, feeders & waterers.

I think it looks great! Tons of room and your roost stand is very creative! Well done!

It would be helpful to have more details, but starting off with a shed is a great way to create a coop.
