This charming coop, and run combination was delivered to our customer yesterday. This house is 6x6x8'h to the peak, has 5 nesting boxes, 2 perches, and a 6x8 attached run. This coop is framed with 2x4, and clad with smart siding. Painted with Behr exterior paint, and stain. So the customer can simply hose it out to clean. We sourced the cathedral style windows from Amazon. Stapled 1/2" x 1/2" hardware cloth wire to the backs of the wood frames, then glued and stapled the frames from the inside of the coop using 1" staples. (Using great care to keep the staples in the thicker portion of the frames.) Shingles cover the roof of the house, and corrugated metal roofing on the run. This was a challenging build as we only had one photo, and a layout drawing to work off of. But couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
