Overall nice coop design. The run seems short, it's always helpful to be able to stand up in the run (and coop).
Really great. I think 12 is slightly too many birds (the run is good for 8-9, the coop for 10) but if you have smaller birds you're golden. And being only 2/3birds over might not be too bad. Lovely.
