The pictures are great, but the article definitely needs more details.
Also, I would add a lip to the openings in the nest boxes to keep the hens from scratching out all the bedding and eggs.
Additional details would make this a more complete article, but not a bad coop for a first build. The number of nesting boxes seems excessive for the size of the coop.
