It looks like a nice idea for a coop and run, but there's nothing here to explain it. The nails look rather dangerous in one of the photos as well.

Nice beginning but could use more details of process and update photos for completion and general cost etc

It would be nice to have more details on how this was built. One concern...there are a lot of nails shown poking through the ceiling, were those eliminated some how? I could see a chicken or person hurting themselves on those.
