Thanks for including where you got build plans from. Better detail of modifications would be appreciated. As others have said, not enough ventilation/space for your birds.

This does look small for the number of chickens shown. And I wonder about the size of the run, also, how would you retrieve a chicken out of it if you had to?
Good pictures showing build and inside. I do think it's crowded for that many birds and will benefit from more ventilation, as it looks sort of tropical from the background pictures.
