It is only enforceable within city limits. 6-6-17: PROHIBITED ANIMALS, LIVESTOCK, POULTRY, WILD AND EXOTIC ANIMALS: A. Poultry And Livestock Prohibited; Exception: It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain any poultry, except no more than three (3) hens on any one parcel of property which shall be allowed, or livestock within city limits unless said poultry or livestock was kept within the city prior to November 4, 2009. |
