Additional Information | The Zoning Code defines \\\\\\\"AGRICULTURE\\\\\\\" as: Commercial agricultural activity including but not limited to...commercial animals, poultry, livestock, including the keeping of wild or domestic animals for personal or commercial use on any parcel of at least 2 acres in size.\\\\\\\" In Table 1, Zoning Districts and Uses, agriculture is listed as a right in rural residential districts and a special exception in suburban residential districts. A variance would be required to keep chickens in any other district. |
