Additional Information | Sec. 4-4. - Keeping fowl. No owner or occupant of any dwelling house shall keep or permit to be kept, any live fowl, geese, ducks or pigeons in any dwelling house or in the cellar of any such house, nor shall any such fowl or pigeons be kept within the city limits. Sec. 10-110. - Provisions inapplicable to slaughtering for family use. The provisions of this article inclusive shall not apply to any person who slaughters or plucks poultry exclusively for his own or his family\\\'s use or to the premises where such slaughtering or plucking is done. |
