Serenity's coop ' This has been lots of fun and We have really learned alot on this site, it has brought our family together and is teaching my 7 year old a great deal of responabilty and lesson in life. She has learned so much in her short 7 years. She was 5 when she lost her new 4 month old baby sister to sids and her grandfather 40 days later to a massive Heart attack he was only 48 years old.so we try to bring all the postive things we can into her life and we never thought 10 chickens could make her so happy!!!!! She is now the big sister to a baby brother who is 11 months old and she is teaching him all she can, she is ready for him to be walking so she can take him out to the chickens and teach how feed,water, and love them so long story short blessing come from things we would never expect and to make my angel smile and know everthing has a way of working out for the good.THANK YOU ALL FOR SUCH A NICE PLACE TO LEARN AND TO TEACH THE NEXT GENARATIONS ABOUT OUR WORLD!!!!!!

We have come a long way. One thing wewe are trying is using sand instead of any type of straw or shavings, seems to really work well. Very easy to clean.
