Nice design. It's great that you included sketch plans and some notes on your management style.
I can't see it from the photos and you didn't say -- did you include soffit vents to go with your ridge vents?
I think that a competent handyman could *probably* duplicate this, but a little more detail in terms of dimensions of various elements would be useful.
