When we decided to become chicken guardian, my husband set everything up since it was his idea. We had/have 9 beautiful hens & thank God we still do. Last March I decided to upgrade the coop. It’s 12x20, and insulated with good ventilation. They moved in March 2020 and they love it. The coop is attached to a 8x16 covered run that they can get to by an enclosed covered ramp. The old coop is still used by the hens for the nest boxes even though the new coop has them.
