Additional Information | Sec. 14-1. - Keeping of livestock and poultry in city prohibited; penalty. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, maintain or pasture horses, cattle, mules, goats, sheep, swine, poultry or other livestock within the municipal limits of the city. (b) Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be subject to pay a fine not exceeding $500.00 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 60 days.
