splash x buff = ???

what color results from a splash roo over buff hens?
 
Splash mixed with most colors results in blue chicks, I think every color except those that have the blue gene (white, blue, splash, black) will come out blue. I had a splash cochin roo and bred him to buff cochins, BTW japanese and mille fleurs and always got blue chicks.
 
You'll get buff, blue & some displaying both colours. If the buffs have any black feathering, it will be diluted to blue.
