My hatch turned out good and I am pleased and proud of my hard work.
I had 28 eggs shipped, 16 hatched and are doing very well. I got 9 BBred, I believe 6 Black Dutch and 1 Serama (only 5 serama eggs went in)

I used a Hova-Bator thermal air 1620N and an auto turner, this was my first hatch ever and I think I did good what do you think?
I checked the other eggs in the bator after I moved the dry chicks to the brooder, I knew the rest of the eggs were dead as they were not warm to the touch.
3 embryos had died at probably day 15, the remaining ones looked to be fully formed but had not broke into the air cell, and some of them were really quite 'dry' looking and others were quite slimy and wet.

I put another 42 eggs in today! the cycle starts again.
