This is what happens when easter chicks hatch...

Heres how to do it:
step 1- get a sponge & food coloring
step 2- pick your chick
step 3- put the food coloring on the sponge
step 4- rub the food coloring into the chicks feathers
step 5- repeat step 3 & 4 until desired color appears
step 6- pat with paper towel and blow dry

(This post is not to be turned into a debate. These are MY chicks! For my daughter. Not getting rid of them. I DID NOT inject dye into the egg before it hatched. I rubbed easter egg dye on them, my hands can prove it)

that being said, ENJOY the pictures. Im thinking of doing my white silkie.... hmmmmmmm.

Awww they are adorable!! And so is your daughter!

I dyed my white Silkie baby green on St. Patricks day and most of the dye has already worn off. But my kids loved it while it lasted.

Those are great pics. Well done - if it doesn't harm chicks that you already own, why not have fun! Great pics.
