I am offering 12+ Split/Lavender Orpington eggs to ship on Monday, July 6th. I would normally ship the Thursday before that, but due to the holiday, I think it is better to ship afterwards. Eggs will be fresh, and collected 3 times a day.
These eggs will produce 25% lav/50% split/25% black chicks....though results can vary. I have gotten more like 35-40% lavender chicks, myself, as have others that have reported back to me. $120 includes shipping/confirmation with payment via Paypal. I will use an ice pack if requested, and prefer to label the box for pickup at the PO if at all possible. Please let me know your preference when contacting me. First person to post sold, and PM me for paypal info gets them.

You can see them on my BYC page. They are splits I won on Eggbid last summer from the Hinkles....the first two pairs offered I believe. I have a quad.

have you gotten any lavender hens when you hatch these? Or do they all turn out roos?

Let me know if you can....

Thanks!

If I hadn't just got some from you, I would jump on this deal...I can't wait for mine to hatch...Again, Thanks so much.

I have hatched eggs from DutchChic and I got FANTASTIC results. I had four lavenders hatch and five blacks. One of the lavenders was small and did not survive. I have a light lavender pullet, a light lavender cockerel, a darker lavender cockerel and three black unknown split pullets and two black unknown split cockerels. They have VERY docile and friendly dispositions and I don't even make pets of my chickens. Their toes are very straight and they have never had a single heath scare or made me nervous in any way as they have been growing up. These eggs were packed the best of any eggs I have ever gotten. If you were thinking of making the move to lavenders, I would HIGHLY recommend DutchChic as a trustworthy and knowledgeable person with healthy stock. Someone buy these eggs! NOW!!!
