He's all so white it's hard to tell. But look at the size of the feet.
6 months, huh? And no crowing or eggs yet?

All of my pullets have hackles, and yours would fit right in with my pullets !
You cant really go by the hackles on EEs since most of them look rather pointy anyway. The saddle feathers and the width of the comb are more telling. That looks girly to me.
