There is a Secret Santa/Gifts From The Heart swap starting on the quilted rooster Yahoo Group.

It's not a BYC sanctioned swap. It's a Quilted Rooster swap. The gudelines are as follows:
Sign up ends September 30th. Each person will be given the name and address of another swapper and will send them a Secret Santa package no later than November 15th. Each person will be required to get a tracking number when their pakage is mailed. That way we can ensure that everybody gets their gift. Each gift package should contain simple homemade items. If you are non-crafty a few store bought things can be thrown in too. Items like pot holders, ornaments, pin cushions, gifts in a jar, etc, are good. The items in the package should be made with things that cost the sender no more than $15 per package. We don't want to bankrupt ourselves! Challenge yourself to put together a fun gift package, but stay under the $15 limit.
