Cut foot won't stop bleeding UPDATE: she died

Yesterday my chicken cut her foot on a wheelbarrow, so we cleaned out and bandaged it up and isolated her.
This morning I checked her foot and it had closed up so I removed the bandage and put out with the other chickens.
Now she has pecked it open and it won't stop bleeding, and she is looking kinda droopy.
I have isolated her and bandaged it up, but is there anything that I can do to stop the bleeding???

ETA: My hen Lavender died today, she tried so hard to breath and then she had a heart attack and just stopped

hold pressure on it for as long as you have the patience for. don't remove the bandage to do this, just apply pressure on top of the bandage, add more gauze if blood is coming through. Even 5 minutes of pressure can help a lot. keeping the feet level with the heart/chest while you do this can help. above the heart would be even better but not recommended as it might be uncomfortable, make them squirm, or make it hard to breathe for them.

after that, keep it bandaged, keep her isolated for a while to observe, clean wound and change bandage 1x/day. some neosporin on the wound (no lidocaine) after the cleaning would be good too.
 
the farm supply store carries something called stop blood - it is a powder you can put on it, might be called something else there, call them and find some.
 
Got any corn starch in the house? That will stop the bleeding. I would clean off her foot well again then apply the corn starch and top it off with some anti bacterial cream like neosporin without the pain reliever and wrap the foot in vet wrap so the wound doesn't get contaminated and cause an infection.
 
Pack the wound with flour.

I read that here, and had a chance to try it on myself. I cut my thumb horribly and the bleeding wouldn't stop. I remembered reading it, so I gave it a try, and it really worked.


Edited to add: It formed a thick scab almost immediately, but when I put anything moist on it, the scab would soften and the bleeding would start again. So for me, just regular household baking flour and a bandage was what worked.

Once it stop's bleeding, i'd leave something over her foot so she can't peck it open again... maybe a fresh bandage?
 
The bleeding has stopped, but I am leaving it bandaged.
She is still very mellow which is very unusual for her, she usually 'sings' a lot but she has been quiet all day.
Interesting about the flour, I will try it next time.
 
And give her some good treats! scrambled egg. tuna etc... that will help her body replace whats been lost.
