Info on the Dominique:
We got her 3/24/10 as a day old chick from a feed store that Privett Hatchery supplies.
She was sold as a pullet.

We will need some more pictures like #4 and #6 to help you out.
It would be better if you gave them another week on two to know for sure.
If you get some really good close ups - - - we may be able to tell.
 
I can say with almost complete certainty that your chick is a pullet. Very rarely will you get a cockerel with female feathering.
 
I know that you will enjoy this breed. I think it may be a girl. Here's a boy on left, girl on right - at 2 weeks. He's lighter, and she has the dark wash on the legs (sometimes, they just have a little gray wash on the front and it's hard to tell - as is the case with yours).

Here's a boy at 6 weeks - I think he's mixed, b/c he's not light enough, but there is no mistaking that comb. You should see a comb coming up by now.

Your chick has a slightly pink comb and no wattles.
It looks like it has some very rounded tail feathers to.

Our 'Pearl', as we call her now, is a naughty girl. She's taken (and eaten) a Pearl earring off my ear, tried to eat wedding rings, and is overall one smart scavenging cookie!
I couldn't believe your boy's comb, it's amazing!
