This sweet boy was hatched last summer and is ready to go to a new home. His parents were both of Ferguson stock. He is showing black in his tail and wing tips. He's perfect if you need to darken up your line though. He is a great overall dark buff color. His comb is dark red/mulberry. He has recently figured out what to do with girls, so he would be a nice addition to your breeding program.

He is the darker boy on the left.

I recently completed NPIP testing and I'm waiting on the paperwork to come back. I can ship once I get that paperwork here. Shipping price will be $15 for box and materials plus the actual cost of overnight shipping.
I can also meet up with you in and around Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

He's a great color. I really waffled over whether or not to keep him. I'm out of pen space though and want to work one more season with my existing roos. He's gorgeous though and really good natured.

Thanks! I have a couple of hens out of that line that are equally dark. I am breeding them back to the other main roo who is just a smidge lighter than their daddy. I'm hoping to keep the buff and lose the black out of that line. All in all though, there were some really lovely silkies that hatched out last season. We shall see what hatches this season!
