Lavender or Blue?

any idea what color this one is? 10 month old pullet, no lacing, head is not black or dark. Lavender or Blue?

She looks blue to me, but the sun is hitting her plumage, so tough to say. If you look at her feathers that face outward and see white quills on top she is lavender. If they are dark on top, she is blue.
