You have to see it to believe it.....here's the detail

....
It has chicken wire all around (most of the way seamless), even on the floor, that makes it predator proof.

It has a top floor of 4x4, this is the roosting cabin with four nest boxes for standard size chicken and two roosters in front of the 2x2 picture window on one wall that has a stained glass in it, so chickens can sit in the sun in winters.

Chickens have their own little arched door with a pretty knob (inspired by Frodo's house in Lord of the rings)

. The coop has a 6 ft. tall door for you to enter. It has a transparent corrogated roof covering the whole length. The whole coop is a solid heavy structure, we made it with 2x4s (frame) and walls with heavy ply wood. It has been stained with weather proof red wood stain.
I am asking $250, which is really close to the building cost. I had put my heart and soul into this coop

but then Fuzzy, whom I was making this for, fell prey to a hawk even before I finished staining my nest boxes, so I stopped everything

Thank you for the compliment, I hope it does sell quickly,

since I have already placed order for the material for my new coop project.

If only Alabama was closer would be perfect for the seramas. If I ask dad to build me anything else he will probably shoot me.

I know, I'm sorry, and we always felt that Ohio was too far, all the good hatcheries and finch breeders are in Ohio. Thanks for the compliment though.

hmmm looks awesome. anyway does the buyer have to pick it up? or if they are close enough would u deliver? lol. i'm in tennessee by the way hehe. i know i know. the darn gas cost!

You need to move to North Carolina...with the coop of course...then I could buy it. I LOVE it. Good luck with selling it. You shouldn't have any problem. Sounds like a great price too. Are you sure you don't want to come visit NC(and bring to coop)?

Hey you two, EllyMae & Peeboo, I love traveling, if you'd pay for the u-haul, I'll deliver it to your door, the very next day....and i mean it. Only if I had a truck of my own

I do APPRECIATE the vote of confidence though!!

VAry nice job! I am going to steal the idea! I wish I lived closer I would come get it in a heat beat. If you list it on Creiglist it will sell in hours. I would put a $350 price tag on it though.
