What is Penny? I think she is partridge in color-layed a whitish/cream egg. Not brown. I was told she was a rosecomb bantam RIR, but now that I got her out of the pen, I see that she doesn't appear to be. Maybe she is?

Her feathers are breathtaking! I don't care what she is or isn't.... she is GORGEOUS!!!

I totally agree with Guitartist... I was looking at her and going... "Wow! I love that feathering."

I agree, she's not a RIR but have no clue unless she's a mix.
 
I would have to say she is a Partridge Wyandotte/RIR cross. The coloring would suggest some RIR in her. Here is a Partridge Wyandotte for comparison:
